Mr. Sharif Cicip Sutardjo, an Indonesian citizen, has extensive managerial and supervisory experience in a number of companies engaged in property, plantation, transportation, mining, and trade.

Previously, he served as Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2011–2014 period, Chairman of the Kadin Advisory Council for the 2009-2010 and 2019-2020 periods, General Chairman of the Indonesia China Business Council (ICBC) for the 2002-2006 period, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s China Committee for the 1996–2004 period, General Chairman of the Central Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) for the 1986–1989 period, and member of the MPR RI for three terms, from 1987–1999. With professional organizational experience spanning approximately 40 years in government and private institutions, to date he is still active as a presenter at various trainings and seminars on economic and business issues, as well as a resource person in national and international mass media.

Since 2021, he serves as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Persija.

He earned a degree in economic and political study from London Economic and Political Institute, London. He obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Padjajaran Bandung in 2009, and Ph.D. in law from the University of Padjajaran Bandung in 2013.

Mr. Anton Setianto Soedarsono, Indonesian citizen, serves as the Company’s Commissioner since 2009. He began his career with Pertamina in 1966-1981. In the last 5 years of his tenure at Pertamina, he served as Head of the Foreign/Export Marketing Bureau for crude oil and petroleum products. After his tenure at Pertamina, he became an independent consultant for international crude oil and petroleum product trading companies. He was the one who proposed the idea and implemented the sale of Indonesian crude oil at a premium price, which contradicted OPEC policy.

In 1984, he joined Unocal Indonesia at the Jakarta head office. At that time, Unocal Indonesia was one of the largest oil and gas producers in Indonesia and a multinational oil company from the United States. During his 10- year career, he has made a significant contribution to the operational success of Unocal Indonesia. He attended various conferences on the oil industry in the United States, England, and Singapore.

He is the first Indonesian to be appointed as Vice President at Unocal Indonesia, with the concurrent positions of VP Commercial Affairs and VP Government Relations. In 1994–1997, he served as CEO and President Director of Bakrie Investindo and as Deputy President Commissioner of PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia for the 1997–1999 period. He previously served as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and since September 14, 2021, he has served as a Member of the Company’s Audit Committee and was reappointed in August 2022.

He graduated from Yokohama National University, Japan in 1966.

Mr. Kanaka Puradiredja, an Indonesian citizen, currently serves as Chairman of the Indonesian Audit Committee Certification Board (since August 2016), Member of the Board of Experts of KNKG, Member of Honorary Board of Association of Risk Management Professionals (PRIMA), Chairman of Executive Board of Indonesian Institute of Commissioners and Directors (LKDI), and Independent Commissioner in several other public companies. Since 2021, he is appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Risk Management Committee of the Company.

He is the founder of Public Accountant Office Kanaka Puradiredja & Suhartono and served as Senior Partner (2000-2007). He is also one of the founders of KPMG Indonesia with the last position as Chairman (1999). He had served as Member of the National Committee of Governance Policy (KNKG) (2016–2019), Chairman of the Formulation Team of General Guidelines of Indonesian Corporate Governance (2017-2019), Chairman of the Honorary Board of the Indonesian Accountants Association (2010-2016), Founder and Chairman of the Management Board of the Indonesian Audit Committee Association (IKAI) (2004-2010), and Chairman of the Honorary Council of the Indonesian Accountants Association (2002-2010).

He holds a Bachelor degree in economics and accounting from Padjadjaran University, Bandung (1971). He is also a LKDI Chartered Member, Chartered Accountant, and holds Professional Risk Management certification, Certified Audit Committee Practices certification, and Governance Oversight Professional certification.

Mr. Y.A. Didik Cahyanto, an Indonesian citizen, currently serves as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (since 2022) and Director of PT Recapital Advisors since 2014.

He has served as Director and Commissioner in a number of companies, including as Commissioner of PT Bank Pundi Tbk (2014-2016), Member of PT Capitalinc Finance (2014-2015), President Director of PT Berau Coal (2010), President Director of PT Recapital Asset Management (2000-2009), and Commissioner of PT IPMI International Indonesia (2014-2018). He has also served as a Member of the Company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia (1993) and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia (2003). Currently, he is completing his Ph.D. studies at University Sains, Malaysia.

Mr. Anggawira, an Indonesian citizen, is an accomplished entrepreneur, educator, and thought leader with a diverse and extensive background spanning government, business, and social sectors. He serves as Expert Staff of Supervisory Commission at SKK Migas (since 2020), President Commissioner of JSK GAS Industries (since 2022), President Commissioner of PT Tirta Energi Cemerlang (since 2024), and Ministerial Expert Staff of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (since 2024). Before joining the Company, he served as President Commissioner of PT Krakatau Pipe Industries (2021-2023).
 
His commitment to education is exemplified by his lecturing positions at Universitas Islam Asyafiiyah and STIH IBLAM, as well as his numerous degrees and certifications in engineering, management, and law. His accomplishments have been recognized with awards such as the Kemendikbud Award and Top Outstanding Young Person by Junior Chamber Indonesia.
 
In addition to his professional work, he has been active in social and youth organizations, holding leadership positions in Yayasan Inovasi Indonesia Maju, KNPI, Indonesian Association of Muslim Intellectuals, Indonesia Youth Agriculturist Association, HMI, and Junior Chamber Indonesia. He has also played an influential role in numerous business and entrepreneurial organizations, such as HIPMI, ASPEBINDO, Kadin Indonesia, IISIA, PERJAKBI, and APPSI.
 
He is also a prolific writer, with publications on innovation, energy investments, and the development of Indonesia's business environment. His numerous achievements and dedication to education, youth development, and fostering economic growth make him an inspiring figure for aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals alike.
 
He completed his education with a Bachelor of Engineering from IPB University (2002), a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic STMI Jakarta (2004), a Master of Management from Asyafiiyah Islamic University (2009), a Doctor of Management from Jakarta State University (2014), and a Bachelor & Master of Law from IBLAM College of Law (2020).

Adhika Andrayudha Bakrie, an Indonesian citizen, started his career in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse New York and Investor Relations at PT Bumi Resources Tbk, then served as Deputy CEO at PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk until 2017, and Director at PT Kaltim Prima Coal until 2020.

He currently serves as Director at PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk, PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk, and PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia. Since 2022, he has been appointed as Commissioner of PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Kaltim Prima Coal, and Member of the Company's Nomination & Remuneration Committee. He has also served as Director of PT Petromine Energy Trading since 2009.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Newbury College, United States in 2007.

Mr. Jinping Ma, Chinese Citizen, has extensive experience in the fields of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and new development business, as well as excellent experience in mining, having successfully led several major mines throughout the world in terms of development, construction, and production. He has excellent relationships in the Chinese and international markets.

He successfully led the construction and production of the Chambishi Copper Mine and served as Vice President of NFC Africa Mining Plc (Zambia) (1998-2003), President of China Nonferrous Metal Intl Mining Co. (2003-2005), Vice President of China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (2005-2021), and Vice President of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (2021-2023).

He earned a Master degree in Metal Materials Science from China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group (CISRI) and Beijing Institute of Technology (1988).
