Graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung in Mechanical Engineering in 1983, Ari S. Hudaya has been the President Director of the Company since 2001.

His other designations include President Commissioner of PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on 30 May 1959.

Eddie J. Soebari earned his degree in Accounting from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1986.

An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Surabaya on 21 June 1956. He is also Director of Gallo Oil (Jersey).

Kenneth P. Farrell has been serving the Company as a Director from 2004 and Commissioner of KPC and Arutmin since 2001. He is also the Chairman of Herald Resources on the Australian Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the Company, he had a 21 year-career with BHP Billiton in various executive and management roles in Mining and Energy.

Mr. Farrell has a Degree in Engineering and Commerce and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. An Australian citizen, he was born in Australia on 22 July 1955

Dileep Srivastava joined PT Bakrie & Brothers Group of Companies in 1997 and has served at a number of senior positions in the group companies, including Director of PT Trans‐Bakrie.

Joined PT Bumi Resources Tbk in December 2006 as Senior Vice
President responsible for the Investor Relations function, Corporate Secretary and communications.

Recently, he has been reappointed as a Director & Corporate Secretary PT Bumi Resources Tbk since June 2010. Prior to joining the Bakrie Group, he was CEO of PT Kalindo DK Griya (owners of PT Menara Kadin Indonesia) and other real estate projects in Indonesia, headed the Delhi establishment of Bennett and Coleman (owners of the Times of India Group) and ICI Limited in India in various businesses and function. Mr Srivastava holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIMA), Ahmedabad, India. Born in October 1952. Indian Nationality.

Andrew Beckham joined the Company in December 2001. He graduated from Portsmouth University with an Honours degree in Economics. Having worked in the UK for 10 years, he moved to Australia and worked for Allianz and Exxon Mobil. In February 2000, he moved to Indonesia and worked for BHP Billiton as a consultant in PT Arutmin Indonesia (“Arutmin”).

In December 2001, he became Finance Manager for Arutmin, which is now owned by the Company. With the acquisition of PT Kaltim Prima Coal (“KPC”) he was appointed as the Manager of Business Development in KPC and was part of the First Investment Grade rated financial bonds out of Indonesia since the financial crisis.

In January 2005, he joined the Company as Vice President before becoming Chief Financial Officer in December 2006. He is also a Director of Herald Resources on the Australian Stock Exchange. Recently, he has been reappointed as a Director/Chief Financial Officer PT Bumi Resources Tbk since June 2010. In September 2009, he has been awarded a Diploma for the International Company Directors Course of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. A British citizen, he was born in Clacton on Sea - UK in December 1967.
