Suryo B. Sulisto has been the President Commissioner of the Company since 2001. He earned his BSc from University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington International University, Pennsylvania, both in the USA.

He is a founder of PT Satmarindo Group, President of the Indonesian Indigenous - Businessman’s Association (HIPPI), Member of Council of Governors, Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, he was the special envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia for the North, Central and South American Regions. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Solo on 11 February 1947.Graduated from Washington International University (MBA), Pennsylvania, USA and University of Wisconsin (BSc),  Wisconsin, USA. Imam Taufik has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He is the founder of PT Guna Nusa Usaha Fabricators and was awarded the Satya Lencana Pembangunan by the President of the Republic of Indonesia for his efforts in developing offshore technology. An Indonesian citizen, he was born on 24 April 1942.

Jay Abdullah Alatas has been the Commisioner of the Company since 2001. He graduated from University of Virginia, USA.
He is also Chairman of PT Hikmah Albros. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Surabaya on 26 May 1956.

Kusumo A. Martoredjo has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001. He attended Faculty of Economics, Universitas Indonesia in 1963 and continued his study at Gutbrod Moteren Werke Gmbh, West Germany in 1969.

Founder of PT Catur Yasa, he is also member of Council of Governors, Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed special envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia for economic affairs to Japan and the Republic of Korea. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Bandung on 7 April 1943.

Nalinkant A. Rathod has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001 and concurrently holds the positions of President Director of KPC and Arutmin. Educated in Andhra University, India, he became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CPA) in 1976.

He is also the Managing Director of Great Asian Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Capital Managers Asia Ltd. An Indian citizen, Mr. Rathod was born on 12 May 1950 and he has been resided in Indonesia since 1980.

Sulaiman Zuhdi Pane earned his Engineer degree from Department of Geology, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1962. He has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001.

He started his career with Pertamina in 1962 and currently is still assuming a senior position in this state-owned company. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Pematang Siantar on 23 February 1938.

Fuad Hasan Masyur has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001. He is also President Director of PT Maktour since 1986, and President Commissioner of PT Kayu Meridian. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Ujung Pandang on 29 June 1959.

Anton Setianto Soedarsono has been the Commissioner of the Company since June 2009. He graduated from Yokohama National University, Japan in 1966. He started his career as Independent Consultant for Foreign Oil&Gas Companies and International oil traders prior to joining Pertamina, where he worked from 1966 to 1981, with the last 5 year position as General Manager for Foreign Marketing of Crude Oil&Petroleum products at Pertamina’s headquarter in Jakarta.

He joined Unocal, an American Multinational Oil&Gas Corporation, at its Jakarta office for nearly 10 years, where he assumed the position of Vice President for Oil Commercial Affairs and, concurrently, the Vice President for Goverment Relations.

Joining Bakrie Group as CEO and President Director of PT Bakrie Investindo from 1994 to 1998, and from 1998 – 1999 he was Deputy Chairman for PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Bandung on 22 November 1940.
