Imam Taufik has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He is the founder of PT Guna Nusa Usaha Fabricators and was awarded the Satya Lencana Pembangunan by the President of the Republic of Indonesia for his efforts in developing offshore technology. An Indonesian citizen, he was born on 24 April 1942.

Sulaiman Zuhdi Pane earned his Engineer degree from Department of Geology, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1962. He has been the Commissioner of the Company since 2001.

He started his career with Pertamina in 1962 and currently is still assuming a senior position in this state-owned company. An Indonesian citizen, he was born in Pematang Siantar on 23 February 1938.

Graduated from the Economic Faculty majoring in Accountancy at Padjajaran University, Bandung. 30 (thirty) years in public accounting practices. Former Managing Partner and Chairman of KPMG Indonesia. Former Senior Partner of Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono, Public Accounting Firm.

Currently, he is Chairman of Honorary Board of Indonesian Institute of Accountants, Chairman of Indonesian Institute of Audit Committees, member of Honorary Board of Professionals in Risk Management Association and Vice Chairman of Indonesian Institute of Commissioners and Directors.

Formerly, he was on Supervisory Board of Aceh-Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency and Indonesian International Transparency. He is a former member and member of Audit Committees in various public listed companies.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, majoring in Finance.

Currently, she is a Senior Managing Partner at RSMAAJ Associates – Aryanto Amir Jusuf & Mawar, Public Accounting Firm. In addition, she is also chairing the Quality Review of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of the Risk Monitoring Committee in PT CIMB Niaga Tbk. and lecturer at the Accounting Department Faculty of Economies, University of Indonesia.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring in Public International Law. He was also a participant at the Wisconsin Law School. Currently, he is a senior partner at the Law Office of Safitri & Partners and legal practicioner in finance and securities laws.

He is actively involved in the Board of the Association of Capital Market Lawyers Association and member of Board of Indonesian Institute of Audit Committees. He is also an Arbiter in Indonesian Capital Market Arbitration and member of Board of the Indonesia Professional in Risk Management Association. Experienced as audit committee member in a number public companies
